1. Subscription Options:
The Website offers two subscription options: Annual Subscription and Monthly Subscription.

Annual Subscription: Annual Subscription provides you with full access to the Website’s features and benefits for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew on or around the same date each year and the method of payment will be automatically charged on that date unless the subscription is cancelled.

Monthly Subscription: Monthly Subscription provides you with full access to the jpearce.co website’s features and benefits for a period of one month from the date of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew on or around the same date each month and the method of payment will be automatically charged on that date unless the subscription is cancelled.

2. Fees and Payment:

Annual Subscription:
The fee for Annual Subscription is $120 (USD) per year.

Monthly Subscription:
The fee for Monthly Subscription is $10 (USD) per month.

Payment for your Subscription will be made through the Stripe payment gateway on the Website.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

3. Cancellation:

Annual Subscription: You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time by emailing us through the contact form on our website here: https://jpearce.co/contact. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current subscription period.

Monthly Subscription:You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time by emailing us through the contact form on our website here: https://jpearce.co/contact. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

4. Content and Intellectual Property:

The content on the Website, including text, graphics, images, videos, and other materials (“Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the express written permission of jpearce.co.
